Mortgages

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your Mortgage.

Your mortgage is probably the greatest financial commitment you will ever make and so getting the right advice is vitally important. Building a good relationship with a professional and experienced Adviser could save you thousands or even tens of thousands of pounds over the years.  We promise that we will take time to fully understand your circumstances, find out about your intentions and goals, listen to your concerns and answer your questions.  Only then will we offer a personalised recommendation, based on our research, from a comprehensive range of mortgages, from across the market.   Our database of products is updated daily and our priority will always be to match your requirements to the most suitable product.

Why should I use the services of an advisor when I could go straight to my bank?

Due to the complexity of products and the number of products available it is important to take professional advice.  Banks and Building Societies can normally only advise you on their own product range.  There is no guarantee that their products are the most suitable for your circumstances and requirements, or indeed that you will meet their criteria.  Each time you are credit searched by a lender this can have a negative impact on your credit score.

When we are advising you on the most appropriate Mortgage for your individual circumstances we will discuss all of the following with you to establish which considerations are important to you (other than just cost)

Which method of repayment do you require?

  • Capital and Interest (Repayment)
  • Interest Only

Which type of interest Rate suits your circumstances?

  • Variable
  • Tracker
  • Discounted
  • Flexible/Offset
  • Fixed

How long should you lock into a deal?

Do you require the lowest monthly payments or the cheapest overall deal?

What fees and charges are you willing to pay?

  • Booking/Arrangement Fees
  • Valuation Fees
  • High Lending Charges
  • Legal Fees
  • Broker Fees

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE

We charge a Broker Fee of £199 on application and £190 on completion of your Mortgage.
